Highlight: “I know that I grew so much in every role that I had, because I made it a point to have real conversations, not hide behind emails, not hide behind chat messages. But I'm going to go talk to someone, or I'm going to pick up the phone and have a voice conversation so that things don't get lost in translation, or confused, or misconstrued. And in doing that, I built relationships where people trust me and have confidence in the way that I work. Highlight: “I needed to prove to myself that I was good at my job outside of the world where I knew everything… And I had this moment where I questioned, ‘Could I do this somewhere else? Was I actually good at this job, or was I just good in the space that I was in?’ It had to be really intentional for me to [say], ‘I don't know this. I don't know this client. I don't know these people. I don't know this agency. I don't know how anything works. Can I go and do this somewhere else?’ And I did.” - Breanne Carpenter
