With 12+ years of experience as a diversity, equity and inclusion leader in insurance and healthcare industries, Nicole Hughey joined Pandora and SiriusXM’s team in July as Vice President, Head of Diversity & Inclusion. She sees music as “the great connector” for brands, individuals, and corporations. Though her work has only just begun, Nicole is committed to bringing the company’s core D&I mission to life: to cultivate an inclusive environment where all our human differences are valued, respected, supported, and amplified.

A leading authority in her field, Nicole has been a presenter at DiversityInc Innovation Fest, National African American Insurance Association Annual Conference, Multicultural Forum on Workplace Diversity, and The Institutes CPCU Society Annual Meeting. Passionate about her commitment to building inclusive corporate cultures, Nicole was honored in 2019 Top 15 Champion of Diversity by DiversityGlobal magazine.
